Wardstor is designed to create tailor made storage facilities to meet the precise needs of medical and nursing staff at Ward level, where it matters most.
Wardstor features:
High density, space-saving storage. Allows fast access and selection of vital medical supplies.
Increased efficiency in stock rotation. Combines open shelves with smaller storage compartments.
Lockable doors for security. Pull-out steel drawers, full shelf width, with integral compartments.
Plastic drawers, washable & hygienic. Strong steel shelving system, hard-wearing, and reliable.
BioCote is a unique patent protected silver based anti-microbial coating applied to Link 51 products that inhibits the growth of micro-organisms - some potentially lethal - on surfaces. It is an additive which is applied at the painting stage and lasts the life of the painted surface.
This reduces the risk of cross-contamination from surfaces with high contact frequency. Although this is no substitute for correct cleaning practices, the incorporation of BioCote into the manufacturing process provides users of our products with peace of mind that every effort is being made to maintain a hygienic working environment.
BioCote is effective against a wide range of bacteria and fungi. Examples of bacteria tested against include Aspergillus niger (Black Mould), Streptococcus faecalis, Salmonella enteritidis, Straphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Escherichia coli 0157 and Listeria monocytogenes. BioCote does not function in the same way as antibiotics and therefore, to date, no bacteria have become resistant to BioCote as they have to some antibiotics
